When a patient is not admitted to the hospital and you have identified that they live alone or need extra assistance, you can call us. We provide the following services to put your patient’s mind and yours at ease.
We can:
- Pick up the patient and take them home
- Pick up prescriptions for the patient
- Help the patient with personal care
- Provide light housekeeping
- Grocery shopping
- Assistance with preparing meals
- Provide transportation to follow up appointments with their Physician
What Help Is There For Post Emergency Room Care?
We are available 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week. You will always reach a “live” on call staff member. Please feel free to call anytime for services or if you need additional information.
