Will I have the same
Aide with me every day?
We try to maintain the same Caregiver with each
client for continuity of care, even when the
assigned caregiver takes a day off we will try to
schedule the same replacement.
How do you assess the reliability of your
Aides?
Each caregiver must have at least 2 years prior
experience before they can apply for work with us.
They then go through an extensive certification
process of 3 to 4 hours to insure competency and
quality. Their backgrounds are then thoroughly
researched with their previous employer and then
with the State.
Will I have to explain the type of help I
need to my Aide?
All of our Caregivers are given a full report on
their assigned client prior to the arrival at the
home.
If I need to speak to someone after office
hours what do I do?
We offer a 24/7 call service should there ever be
questions or concerns. If the phone is not
directly answered please leave a message and you
will be called within 15 minutes.
