At that same time Albert's' parents were deciding to retire to Florida (His father was the lead singer for the internationally known singing group "The Four Aces", hence his interest in music). Albert told Andrea that if he had to start over he wanted to do it in Florida to be near his parents. With new love and faith so strong (time changes things but that's another story) she opted to leave a job she loved so much and worked so hard to attain to start a new adventure.

Arriving in Florida Andrea was very disheartened by the lack of excellence in Florida's health care companies compared to what she was used to in the North East. Andrea went from company to company, building her employers business until they could not handle the work load she was producing because of their incompetence. They would then let her go, figuring they didn't need her anymore because they thought those clients she nurtured were theirs, not Andrea's (little did they know).

Albert not knowing Health Care but understanding business watched this and said, "Enough is enough!" and put the plan together for Horizon Care Services who gave birth in the summer of 2004. Within 1 year through their combined talents and abilities they opened 3 branches and are now serving all of south Florida and working on branches 5 and 6. Horizon Care Services quickly grew to be one of South Florida's premier Home Health Care Providers. They understand the hardship of calling a stranger to care for a loved one, and leave no stone unturned in seeing that everyone concerned finds utmost satisfaction from their service for which they strive to be "Best in the Field".
