Will I have the same Aide with me every day?

We try to maintain the same Caregiver with each client for continuity of care, even when the assigned caregiver takes a day off we will try to schedule the same replacement.

How do you assess the reliability of your Aides?

Each caregiver must have at least 2 years prior experience before they can apply for work with us. They then go through an extensive certification process of 3 to 4 hours to insure competency and quality. Their backgrounds are then thoroughly researched with their previous employer and then with the State.

Will I have to explain the type of help I need to my Aide?

All of our Caregivers are given a full report on their assigned client prior to the arrival at the home.

If I need someone after office hours what do I do?

We offer a 24/7 call service should there ever be questions or concerns. If the phone is not directly answered please leave a message and you will be called within 15 minutes.

Are providing a good quality of care?

With over two decades of experience we have developed professional relationships with only the premier providers located in south Florida.

Can you take care of clients with special needs?

All of our caregivers are trained in Alzheimer’s care and we have programs for Oncology and Parkinson’s patients and Post Surgical care.

What if something out of the ordinary happened?

Our Caregivers are required to report to the office immediately should there be any changes in the clients physical or mental status. They are prepared in the course of action in the event of any emergency.

How do I know if my Aide is fit to fill my needs?

Our office staff works hard to match caregiver/client personalities and case required skills in order to furnish the best care possible.

Do you check on your Aides background?

All of our aides are screened for any criminal background and all references are checked before being placed on a case.

How do you assure the reliability of your Aides?

Our “No Show” policy includes fining any aide that does not show up to a case up to $50 and is then terminated and reported to the state. The safety and quality care of our clients is of the utmost importance to our company.

Do you carry Liability Insurance?

We insure our company as well as each of our caregivers with their own personal liability insurance policy for double coverage.

Do you accept any Insurance?

We accept all Long Term Care Insurance and will process all your paperwork.
